We're based out of Halasuru, right on Cambridge Road at 1st Cross. Most people know the spot by the old number 18/5, but now it's No. 1/2. We've been here for a while now, focusing on the food and beverage side of things under the name Team Gsa. It is a busy area, especially with the hospitality crowd always coming and going. The building we are in is also shared with Greenfinch. Every morning starts pretty early for us. We have to get everything ready before the lunch rush starts to hit. There's usually a lot of noise from the street outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really do anything fancy here. We just handle our day-to-day operations and make sure the deliveries are going where they need to go. Sometimes the address gets a bit confusing for delivery drivers because of the old and new numbers, so we find ourselves standing on the corner a lot waving people down. It's just part of the job in Bangalore. It's a tight-knit crew we have here. We mostly just keep our heads down and work through the orders. If you're walking around the Cambridge Road area, you've probably walked past us a dozen times without noticing. We are just a local group trying to keep things moving in the food world. It is not always easy, but we manage to get things done somehow. We like the neighborhood.
