Working out of the Mannat building at Cts No 3836 on 8th Crossbhagyanagar is where you’ll find us most days. Tarade Brothers Infrastructure Privatelimited is a family name we’ve carried for a good bit now. Bhagyanagar is a familiar area for us, and the 8th Cross usually has enough activity to keep things interesting. We aren’t the type to sit in a polished boardroom all day. Most of the time, our boots are a bit dusty from being out at different sites. The office at Mannat is where we handle the heavy lifting of the planning and the boring stuff like permits and payroll. We started this because we knew how to build things and wanted to do it our own way. It’s not always easy, especially when weather gets in the way or supplies are late, but that’s the nature of infrastructure work. We handle roads, foundations, and the big stuff that people often take for granted. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just hear about the Tarade brothers through word of mouth or seeing our equipment parked somewhere. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, we look at the plans, and we try to get the project finished without too much fuss. There’s a lot of coffee involved and plenty of long hours, but it’s what we know. Being in this part of town feels right for us. It is just where we happen to be based while we get the work done.
