This part of Bangalore 560050 has its own unique vibe, and we’ve been part of it for some time. Our office is where we do all the planning and paperwork for the construction jobs we take on. It’s a straightforward place with a couple of desks and a lot of files. We don't spend as much time here as we probably should because there is always something needing attention at a site. Managing construction is mostly about solving problems as they come up. One day it’s a plumbing issue, and the next it’s a delay in the cement delivery. We just take it as it comes. We’re local people, so we know the area well and how to get things done around here. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation; we just want to do the work and do it right. The streets around the office can get pretty tight with parked cars, so getting in and out can be a bit of a chore. We usually start our mornings with coffee and a quick meeting to see what the day looks like. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. We’ve been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers nearby know us by name. It is a decent way to spend the day.
