Tan Design Build Private Limited

We started this small place in HSR Layout over at 22nd Cross. It's just us here working on builds and some design stuff. Most days it's just about getting the measurements right and making sure the guys on site know what they're doing. Being in 2nd Sector means we see a lot of people walking by our door. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular space at 1197. Some days are loud with phone calls to vendors and other days we are just sketching things out quietly. It’s hard work, honestly. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or cement not arriving on time, but that’s how it goes in this line of work. We handle the design side and then actually get the building done. It’s a lot to manage. You might see us around the neighborhood grabbing tea at the corner shop. We’ve been here for a while now and know the local area pretty well. The traffic around here can be a real headache, but being central helps us get to different sites quickly. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay up and look decent enough. It’s a small team, maybe a bit messy sometimes with all the blueprints and samples lying around on the desks. We just keep at it every day, trying to finish one project before the next one starts piling up on the desk.
