Our office is located at 343 Reddy Complex. We are on the 1st floor of the building. The complex is on BGS Hospital Road in Mylasandra. If you are familiar with the area, we are right by the Global Village back gate. It’s a very specific spot that is easy to find. Being in the Reddy Complex means we are near a lot of other small businesses and local shops. It gets quite busy around here because of the hospital traffic and the people coming and going from the Global Village gate. The 1st floor is nice because we can look out the window and see the street below. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s fine for us. We have a few rooms where we do our daily work for Talent Collaboratory India Private Limited. It’s mostly just desks and chairs. We don't spend any money on fancy decorations or art. We just focus on the talent work we do. The noise from the hospital road is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. It’s a very active part of Mylasandra. We usually have our lunch at one of the small food places downstairs. It’s a practical location for us since many people know where the gate is. We’ve been at this address for a while and it works for what we need. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but we manage. We just do our jobs.
