Talenmark Properties is based out of Talen House on KT Gopalan Road. It’s building number 956. If you know the area, it’s a pretty easy spot to find. We have been here for a bit, and the office has kind of grown around us over the years. There are files everywhere and the desks are always a bit cluttered with property documents and site surveys. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps of the local area and trying to figure out the best way to handle different land deals. KT Gopalan Road can get pretty crowded during the day, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street coming through the windows. We’re just a regular bunch of people working in the property sector. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon; we just talk to people about what they need and see if we can help with their land or house requirements. Sometimes we spend the whole day out in the sun looking at various plots, and other days we’re stuck inside doing the boring paperwork that never ends. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we get the real work done. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea, and that’s usually where we discuss our plans. It’s a steady pace of work and we just try to keep things moving forward without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
