Tagish Properties Llp

Tagish Properties Llp is based out of the Delta Block in Sigma Tech Park. We have space on both the 7th and 8th floors. The park is located near Ramagondanahalli, out on Whitefield Road. If you live in Bangalore, you probably know that the commute to Whitefield can be pretty tiring with all the traffic and the ongoing road work. Being up on the higher floors is okay because we get a bit of a breeze and a view of the trees that are still left in the area. Our office is a standard tech park setup. It’s mostly cubicles and meeting rooms. We aren't trying to make it look like a luxury showroom. We just need a place to manage the property business. Most of the staff are usually out on the field visiting various sites, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. When we are all in, it’s mostly about making calls and sorting through the legal side of property deals. It’s a lot of reading and checking details. We eat our lunch in the cafeteria or at the small stalls just outside the tech park gate. It’s a regular routine for us. We’ve been here for a while and have grown used to the pace of things in this part of the city. We just focus on the work and don't worry too much about being flashy. There is always a stack of maps and documents on the main table.
