We are located out in Sarjapur, specifically at B-47 in the New Dawn Villas area on Gattahalli Road. It's a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like the space here. Swatchbook India is where we handle a lot of our daily operations. It’s a private company, but it’s mostly just a group of us working out of this villa setup. We deal with swatches and materials, hence the name. The office isn't your typical glass building. It feels more like a home, which is nice when you're spending all day looking at samples. The road outside can get a bit rough during the rains, which is a common story in this part of Bangalore. We spend a lot of time organizing books of fabric and textures. It’s a lot of manual work, making sure everything is labeled right. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. If you come by, you'll likely see us surrounded by boxes and stacks of paper. We’ve been set up in Sarjapur for a bit now. It's quieter than the downtown areas. We just focus on getting the samples out to whoever needs them. It's simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the daily tasks and make sure our records are straight. It takes a lot of patience to manage all these different materials every single day.
