Our place is right there in the 5th Avenue Mall on the ground floor. If you are walking down Bridge Road in Bangalore, you’ve probably passed by G-22 without thinking much of it. It is just a small spot where we handle our food and beverages. The mall gets really crowded on the weekends with all the shoppers, so it can be a bit chaotic around our counter. We have been here for a while now. It is not a fancy setup with big signs or anything. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily rush. Sometimes the mall music is a bit too loud, but you get used to it after a few months. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It is just a few of us making sure things are stocked and the customers are sorted. The traffic on Bridge Road is always a nightmare, so we try to get our supplies delivered early in the morning before the city really wakes up. It’s a practical location for us since so many people pass through. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our regulars are people who work in the nearby shops or folks who just stumble upon us while looking for a snack. It is a bit cramped in the back, but we make it work. That’s just the way it is for a small business like ours in this part of town.
