Most of our working day is spent handling different types of drapes and some really heavy fabrics. Because the material is so bulky, the office can start to feel quite small when we have a lot of new stock arriving at once. We have some large tables that we use for laying out the material to check for any snags or small mistakes. It is not the kind of job where you can just sit still in a chair for very long. We are constantly moving things around or getting packages ready to be sent out to customers. The street outside is usually not too bad, although parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We know most of the neighbors on the block because we have been in this building for such a long time. It is just a regular group of people working here every day.
