Svasara Smart Spaces Private Limited

Our office for Svasara Smart Spaces Private Limited is on the third floor of building 593. We are in the MCECHS Layout, specifically in Dr. Shivarama Karanth Nagar, which most people just call RK Hegde Nagar. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the street below. We work on smart spaces, which basically means we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make rooms work better. It’s a quiet enough area, which is good for when we need to concentrate. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and us. People usually call before coming up because the stairs can be a bit of a climb. We’ve been in this layout for some time now. We know the neighbors and the local shops. It feels like a good spot for a small business like ours. We don't go in for big advertisements. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a deadline is coming up, but we get through it. It’s just a normal workplace with people who care about what they are making. We like the RK Hegde Nagar area. It’s got a good energy without being as chaotic as the city center.
