We’ve been working out of this spot in Vinayakanagar for a while now. It’s a bit tucked away on 4th Cross, which is off the 3rd Main in the 2nd Block. Most days start pretty early because we have to get the food and drinks sorted before the heat really kicks in. The building isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but we keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the rain makes the road a mess, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. There are always people walking by, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors over the years. We deal with various snacks and beverages, mostly trying to keep the inventory moving so nothing sits around too long. It’s a lot of lifting crates and checking labels under those buzzing tube lights. The office part is just a small desk in the corner piled with papers. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we’re just a bunch of folks in a quiet block trying to do our jobs right. Every evening when we lock up, there’s a sense of getting things done even if the day was long and tiring. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy.
