S.V. RUBBER INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 335, 9th Cross in the 4th Phase. If you have ever been to Peenya, you know it is all about manufacturing and hard work. S.V. Rubber Industries is our small setup where we deal with all sorts of rubber products. It is usually quite noisy around here because of all the other factories, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time on the factory floor making sure the machines are running okay and the orders are going out. It is not a clean or quiet job, but it is what we do. Our office is just a small room attached to the main shed where we keep the books. We started this place because there was a need for parts in the local market. Some days we are dealing with high heat and the smell of raw rubber, which can be a lot if you aren't used to it. We have a few steady workers who have been with us for years. Bangalore's 4th Phase is a busy place, and we are just one of many businesses trying to get things right. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just focus on getting the rubber mixed and molded correctly so the customers don't complain. It's practical work and it keeps us on our feet. Some days the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves.
