S.V. Infra Holdings Limited

We are over at No.23 on 7th Cross in Jai Javan Nagar. It is in the Chiwadi Subbabba Palya area of Bengaluru, near the 560033 zip code. S.V. Infra Holdings Limited is basically a small group of us handling infrastructure and property stuff. We have been in this neighborhood for a while, and it feels like home. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep the files and meet with people who are interested in what we are building. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you will just find one of us at a desk or on the phone with a contractor. Jai Javan Nagar is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we prefer. It lets us focus on the work. We deal with a lot of the technical side of things, like land holdings and development plans. It can be a lot of back and forth with the city offices. We do not do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know someone we have worked with before. We like to keep things practical. If there is a problem on a site, we go out and fix it. That is just how we operate.
