Sunwell India Housing is over in Domlur Layout, at number 254 on the 2nd Main. Domlur is one of those older parts of Bangalore that still feels a bit like a neighborhood, despite all the changes. We have been in this building for some time now. Our work is all about housing and helping people find a place to live or manage their property. It isn't a high-rise office building. It’s more of a standard layout house turned into an office space. We like it because it feels more personal than being in a glass box in a tech park. The 560071 area is quite central, so it is easy for people to drop by, though parking on the 2nd Main can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We are just a small team of local people. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know the local housing market and how things move in this city. Every day we deal with different people, from owners to tenants. We keep our records in big folders and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. But we enjoy being in Domlur. It’s got good trees and some decent places to grab a coffee nearby. We just focus on doing our bit for the housing scene here without making a big fuss about it. We’ve seen the streets change but we just keep doing our daily routine here.
