Our office, Sunscape Realty LLP, is located at No.10/1 on Serpentine Road. The building is called Sri Rama Nilaya. It is a familiar spot in Bangalore North. We are not a very big office, just a local place where we manage property transactions. Serpentine Road is a busy area, but our office feels relatively calm once you get inside. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of desks for our work. Most of our time is spent looking into real estate listings and helping people figure out their property needs. We don't have a flashy website or big billboards. We mostly rely on word of mouth from people in the neighborhood. We are just regular people who know the local land situation pretty well. We come in every morning, have our coffee, and start going through the files. It's a lot of paperwork, which can be tedious, but it is part of the job. We try to be honest with everyone who walks in. We don't use any sales talk. If a property has issues, we mention them. It is better to be clear about things from the start. We have been working from Sri Rama Nilaya for quite some time now. It is a practical setup that works for us. We just keep doing our thing every day, showing folks places that fit their needs. It’s a quiet but busy life we have here.
