Our office is over on 5th Cross in Malleshwaram, right in the heart of the North Bangalore area. It's a busy neighborhood, and No. 97 is where we do all our planning and phone calls. Being builders in a place like this means there is never a quiet moment. We spend a lot of our time looking at sites and talking to contractors about materials. Malleshwaram has that old Bangalore feel, but things are changing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a giant staff, just a few of us who know how to get a building off the ground. Most mornings start with checking the weather and making sure the trucks are where they need to be. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a nightmare, but that's just life here. We focus on the actual building work rather than fancy brochures. It's about bricks, cement, and making sure the plumbing goes where it’s supposed to go. People stop by sometimes to ask about local plots or just to see how a project is coming along. We keep it simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Karnataka, just a reliable group working out of a small office on 5th Cross. It’s honest work, and at the end of the day, seeing a wall go up is enough for us. It keeps us busy and out of trouble most of the week. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
