The road outside is always full of traffic and noise. We’ve got a functional office space here where we manage our daily operations. It’s not a polished corporate suite. We have regular desks, some filing cabinets that have been around for years, and a lot of papers everywhere. We spend most of our time coordinating different tasks and talking to people on the phone. It can get a bit loud because we are so close to the main road, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the building's lift is out of order, so we just walk up to the first floor. We don’t have any fancy speeches prepared. We just talk to our clients like regular people. We’ve been in Marathahalli for a long time and we know how things work in this part of town. We usually have a lot to do, so the days go by pretty fast. We grab a quick lunch from one of the stalls nearby when we have a chance. It’s just an everyday business run by people who know the local area. We don’t make things sound better than they are. We just do the work and keep things moving.
