Sukhi Nivas Realtors Llp is located at 193/1 M.G Road on the 1st floor. It’s funny because there are a few of us in this building doing similar work. Our office is simple, with just enough room for our files and a couple of desks. We spend a lot of time updating our ledgers and talking to people who walk up the stairs. The entrance can be a bit hard to see from the sidewalk if you’re not looking for the number 193/1. Once you get up here, it’s a bit quieter than the street, but you still hear the buses going by. We usually keep a box of biscuits around for when we get hungry in the late afternoon. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but our office has big windows that let in plenty of sunshine. We’ve been working from this location for quite a while now. It’s a convenient place for us to meet and get things done. We don't have any big presentations or polished speeches. We just sit down with a pen and paper and go over what needs to be handled for the day. It’s a steady kind of life, and we like the routine of coming into M.G. Road every morning. The people around here are friendly enough, and we often chat with the other shop owners during our lunch break. It is just a normal, busy place.
