Sukh Nivas Builders Llp

Our office for Sukh Nivas Builders LLP is at 193/1 M.G Road, on the 1st Floor. It’s right in the middle of all the action. Being on M.G. Road means we are easy to find, even if the traffic is a bit much. We share this building with a few other businesses, but we have our own space on the first floor. It’s where we handle all the building side of things. There’s usually a few samples of tiles or bricks lying around the office that we’re looking at for various projects. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, the person closest to the door just says hello. We spend a lot of time checking on labor schedules and material deliveries. Building things is complicated and there are always surprises. Sometimes a wall isn't straight or the weather stops us from working, and we have to adjust. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with a lot of deadlines marked in red. Our team is small and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing papers or visiting a site. It’s a bit unorganized at times, but we get the buildings up and that’s what matters to us. We just like to get on with things and see the work through to the end without too much fuss.
