Sujnana Sampat Foundation

We are over at No 2985 on the 4th Cross in Kumaraswamy Layout. Specifically, we’re in the 2nd Stage area along 8th Main. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a pretty busy spot with lots of small shops and houses all mixed together. Sujnana Sampat Foundation operates out of this building, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We have a couple of rooms where we do all our planning and paperwork. It isn't a place with a polished lobby or a sign that lights up at night. We just have a small nameplate so people know they’re in the right place. The staff here is small, just a few local people who know the area well. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or expensive tech if the old stuff still works. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through various forms. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code; most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often grab lunch from the small places on the main road. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of our responsibilities without getting overwhelmed by the chaos of the city.
