We've been operating out of Chamarajpet for a good while now. Our small office is tucked away on 6th Cross in the Gavipuram Guttahalli area. It is a pretty busy neighborhood but we like being right in the middle of things. People often drop by No.70 to talk about housing projects and land. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files where we get the daily paperwork sorted out. Most of the time, our team is out visiting sites or checking on how the construction is moving along. It gets quite dusty and loud on those sites, but that is just how the building business works. Suhasa Shelters Private Limited isn’t some massive corporation with hundreds of people. It is just us doing the work every day. We know the streets around 5th Main very well because we’ve lived and worked here for years. Dealing with all the permits and land requirements takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the process moves slow, and other times it’s a total rush. We try to keep things simple when a neighbor or a client asks a question. There is no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. If you are looking for us, No.70 is easy enough to spot. We usually start the morning with some tea and go over the plan before the phones start ringing. It is just honest, regular work.
