SUGREEVA CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small office for SUGREEVA CHITS is located at No.5 in the 4th Block. We are right on GowdaSamaja Road, which is very close to the Sub-registrar Office. Most people in this area use the registrar office as a landmark, so finding us is usually not a problem. We are based out of T P Bopaiah’s place. It is a very basic setup we have here. We do not have a big waiting area or a fancy reception desk. It is just a simple room where we keep our account books and wait for the members to drop by. The road outside can get pretty crowded during the day, especially when there are a lot of people visiting the registrar office for their property work. On other days, it is just a normal, quiet street. We usually start our day early so we can get all the ledger entries done before it gets too dark to see clearly. Most of the people who deal with us are neighbors from the local blocks. We know almost everyone by their first name, and they know us too. It is more of a personal way of doing things rather than a cold business. Sometimes we even sit on the porch if the weather is nice outside. The 4th Block is a decent area to work in. We have been at this address for a while, so the local folks are familiar with us. Just look for house number five on the road.
