Sugarprop Private Limited

Our office is at No 1202 on the 22nd Road in HSR Layout. We are up on the third floor of the building in Sector III. It’s a busy part of Bangalore South, so there is always the sound of horns and construction outside. Sugarprop is a small operation. We handle a lot of different things, mostly administrative and property-related tasks. The office is basically just a few desks and a lot of cabinets. It’s not decorated with fancy plants or anything. We just have what we need to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s what we do. We aren't a huge firm with a board of directors. It’s just us. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and we all have to go down to the stall on the corner. That’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We like being in HSR because everything is close by. The 560102 area has grown so fast, and we’ve seen it happen from our window. We don't have a big mission. We just want to get through our to-do list every day. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business. We try to be honest with people and just do our job without making a big fuss about it.
