Subhashini Biz Ventures Private Limited is located at 19/3 on the 3rd Cross in the Mango Garden area. This is inside the Srinivasa Industrial Estate, which is right behind the Metro on Kanakpura Road in Bangalore. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of small factories and workshops. It’s a very busy place with trucks moving in and out all day long. Our office is a practical building that we’ve set up to handle our various business ventures. We don’t have any fancy carpets or designer lights. It’s just a solid floor, some sturdy desks, and a lot of shelves for our records. We do a bit of everything here, from managing accounts to checking on orders for our different projects. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The noise from the industrial estate is constant, but we find it helps us stay focused. We have a small corner where we keep a stove for making coffee and some biscuits for snacks. It’s a very hands-on environment, and we are usually busy from the moment we open up in the morning. The Mango Garden name is a bit of a throwback to how the area used to be before all the buildings went up. It’s a good, central spot for us to reach our clients across Bangalore.
