You can find us at House number 16 in Vajarahalli 2 village. We run Subhadra Constructions and Engineering Private Limited out of Geetha Bai’s place. It’s a bit of a local setup, far from the big glass buildings you see in the city center. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the actual work we do. Bangalore is huge, but being out here in Vajarahalli gives us a bit of a different perspective on things. We are mostly involved in construction and engineering stuff, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with concrete, steel, and a lot of paperwork. Our team is small and we know each other well. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It is just about building things that stay up and work like they are supposed to. Sometimes we are out on a site all day and only get back to the office late to finish up some notes. It is a lot of hands-on work. Dealing with local suppliers and managing the crew takes up most of our energy. We have had our fair share of long days where nothing seems to go right, but that is part of the job. People around the village know where we are if they need to talk about a project. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to be something we aren't. We just focus on the next brick or the next plan on the table.
