The office is on the second floor of a small building that’s been here for years. The stairs are quite steep, so we all get a bit of a workout just coming in every morning with our bags. It’s a simple space with white walls and some basic desks we bought a few years back when we first moved in. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, where we can watch the local shops opening up and people going about their morning chores. There’s no fancy air conditioning here, just a few sturdy ceiling fans that keep the air moving during the hotter months. We usually share a few laughs over tea in the afternoon when things get a bit slow or we need a break from the screens.
