Star Assets Realty Private Limited

We are tucked away on the second floor of the Golden Corner building in HSR Layout. It’s on the corner of 11th Cross and 22nd Main Road in Sector 1. Star Assets Realty Private Limited is where we do our daily grind. HSR is a busy place with a lot of startups and cafes, but our office is pretty basic. We’ve got a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking on different spots around the city. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, and the Bangalore traffic doesn't always make it easy. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here; we just handle the business of real estate the best we can. Sometimes the power goes out or the elevator is acting up, so we just take the stairs. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we like being close to everything. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably just see us working at our desks or talking on our mobiles. It’s just a normal workplace. We try to keep things organized, but there's always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. We just keep plugging away at it until the work is finished. It's a living, and we're glad to be here.
