Our office for Stanwyck Developers Private Limited is tucked away in the B Narayanapura area. We are located at Founders Cube, which is unit No. A53, right in Kamadhenu Nagara. It’s a 560016 pin code for those who need to mail us things. We do a lot of development work around this side of Bangalore. It’s mostly us sitting around a table looking at blueprints or being out on the field checking on the guys. The office environment is pretty relaxed. We aren't the type to wear suits unless we absolutely have to for some meeting. Most of the time it’s just boots and jeans because we are going in and out of construction zones all day. Being in a place like Founders Cube is handy because there are other businesses around, but we mostly keep to ourselves and our projects. We have seen a lot of houses and buildings go up in this neighborhood recently. It’s a lot of work to manage everything from the ground up. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls to contractors who are late with their supplies. We try to be practical about how we handle the building process. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about doing the work that’s in front of us. If you are walking around Kamadhenu Nagara, you’ll probably see us coming or going. We have been working out of this spot for a while now.
