Stained Feather Solutions Llp is based out of the Impact Destiny Apartment in Nisarga Colony. We’re in unit S-2 on the 14th Cross in Horamavu. It’s a relatively quiet part of Bangalore compared to the main city center, which we appreciate. The office is really just a converted apartment space where we have all our stuff set up. It feels more like a home than a sterile office. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy lighting. It’s just some desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We spend our time working on various solutions for our clients. It involves a lot of trial and error and sitting through long meetings. We aren't a massive team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we’re fixing technical issues and other times we’re just catching up on emails. Horamavu is growing fast, so there’s always some construction noise in the distance, but it’s mostly peaceful. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here. There’s no pressure to act like we’re in a high-rise corporate office. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a good job. It’s a very hands-on environment. If something breaks, one of us usually fixes it. We don't have a lot of rules, we just make sure the work is finished on time.
