Srtech Engineering And Constructions Private Limited operates out of Sri Sattava Nilayam on Sarjapur Road. We are up on the second floor of the building in the Doddakannalli area. Sarjapur is such a fast-growing part of Bengaluru now, it feels like there is a new building going up every week. We stay busy with the engineering side of things and the actual physical construction. It’s a lot of math and then a lot of manual labor to make sure the math was right. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our computers and site maps. We spend a lot of time driving between different project locations around this area. The traffic on Sarjapur Road is a constant challenge, so we've learned to plan our meetings around the busiest hours. We deal with all sorts of problems like delayed cement deliveries or workers not showing up, but that is just the nature of the construction industry in India. We try to stay organized with our paperwork so we don't get stuck later. It's a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from site visits to billing. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing our signs at a work site. We just keep moving forward, one project at a time, trying to do things properly.
