Srivarshitha Constructions Private Limited

We are based in Jakkur Layout, up on the second floor of a building on 7th B Cross. It’s a decent area, quite a lot of new things coming up around here lately. Srivarshitha Constructions is a small operation. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of watching over. My partner and I started this after working for bigger firms where nobody knew anyone's name. Here, we know all our guys. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites in Bangalore 560064. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just wait it out. There’s no point in rushing concrete when it’s pouring rain. We don't have a marketing team or a glossy brochure. We just have our boots and some blueprints that are usually covered in dust. If you come by the office at No. 304, you might find us arguing over a bill or looking at some new tiles. It’s just how a small construction business runs. We take on a few projects at a time so we can actually keep an eye on what’s happening. It’s better that way. We aren’t trying to be the biggest in the city. We just want to do the job properly and move on to the next one without too much fuss or extra cost.
