We’ve been running things here at Srisai Home Developers for a while now. You can find us over at Silver Plaza in Helabattala, which is where Paltu Kumar Maity stays too. It’s not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We mostly just focus on getting houses built for people around this part of town. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always someone coming in to talk about bricks or cement. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know how the weather affects the buildings around Helabattala. We spend a lot of time on the actual sites, making sure things are moving along. It’s hard work, and sometimes things get delayed because of rain or supplies not showing up on time, but that’s just how construction goes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up solid walls for families. If you walk into Silver Plaza, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints. We don’t have any big sales team or brochures to hand out. We just talk to people and figure out what they need for their homes. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to do a decent job with the materials we have. We like being based here in this neighborhood. It feels right to be part of the local building community without all the extra polish.
