SRIPAD CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Sripad Constructions (OPC) Private Limited is based out of Kithagnur. We are located at number 23 in the Conquer Castle Residential Layout. It's a bit further out in Bengaluru, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. Our office is set up on Khata No 91/1. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep the noise down, though construction talk can get a bit loud sometimes. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We handle all the planning and the boring paperwork from a small desk in the corner. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some scribbled notes. We started this because we saw a lot of houses going up in the Kithagnur area and wanted to be part of it. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a receptionist. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We spend a lot of time driving back and forth between the office and the building sites. The roads around here can be a bit rough during the rains. We’ve had our fair share of slow days and busy weeks. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. Most people find us by seeing our signs at work sites or just knowing us from the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way to work, focusing on the buildings themselves rather than the image of the company. It keeps things honest.
