Our spot in Balaji Nivas is where we handle all the real estate paperwork and meeting details. It’s a modest setup. We have some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a place to make tea. We don’t have fancy glass partitions or expensive furniture. It’s just a normal office where real work happens every day. The 1st Main Road can be quite loud with bikes and cars going past, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our time talking to people about property and looking over documents. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of details. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it’s accessible and has a good feel to it. Most of the people who work here live not too far away, so we have a local connection to the area. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy headquarters.
