Our office for Srichaitra Builders and Developers Private Limited is at No.8/1 in the VR Complex. We’re located in Devara Chikkanahalli, right across from the Royal Shelters Layout and near the IIM Post in Bangalore. It’s a busy spot, and being in the VR Complex makes us easy to find for anyone in the 560076 area. We do a lot of building and development work, which keeps us pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. The office is where we sit down with clients to look over site plans or talk about the costs of materials. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, making sure everything is lined up with the workers and the suppliers. We aren't a high-pressure sales kind of company; we’re more about just sitting down and figuring out how to get a building up. Sometimes we’re out at the sites more than we are in the office, especially when a project is in the middle of a big phase. It can be noisy and dusty work, and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. We don't use corporate slogans; we just talk like regular people who know about construction. Being near Royal Shelters means we see a lot of growth in the area, and we’re just happy to be a part of the local scene. We keep our heads down, do the work, and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
