Sri Vainavi Homes Private Limited is situated at number 13 on the 1st Cross in S G Palya. If you know Bangalore, you know S G Palya is a very packed and lively neighborhood. Our office is right in the middle of that hustle. It’s a modest place where we handle the day-to-day tasks of running a home-building company. There is usually a lot of paperwork piled up because there is always some new regulation or form to fill out. We are a small group, and we’ve been working together for quite some time now. We don’t go for anything fancy; we just need a place to coordinate with our site supervisors and meet with people looking for a new place to live. The streets around us are narrow, and it can be a bit of a headache to find parking, but we like the location. It keeps us close to the people and the projects we care about. Building homes is a messy business, and our office often reflects that with samples of wood or flooring lying around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and letting people see the results for themselves. Most days are long, filled with phone calls and site visits, but that is just how we like to stay busy. We are just trying to build solid houses in the community we know best.
