Our spot is right on the ground floor of PVR Arcade, which sits on the main Gandhi Bazaar road in Basavanagudi. SRI SUMUKHA CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED has been part of this busy area for a good while. If you know Basavanagudi, you know how crowded it gets with all the shoppers and the flower sellers. We fit right in with that energy. The office at No.160/1 isn't very large, but it serves the purpose. We handle chit funds for the locals and the small shopkeepers around here. There is a lot of walking in and out. People often come by after doing their vegetable shopping to drop off their payments. Fancy software that nobody understands isn't our thing. It is just simple accounting and keeping track of who is in which group. The Gandhi Bazaar atmosphere is always lively, and being on the ground floor means we see everything going on. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty from the road, but that's just life in Bangalore. Big marketing campaigns aren't for us. Most of our members are just people who have known us for years. It’s a traditional way of saving, and we keep it that way. No corporate talk here, just plain English and local talk. We are just a group of people working in Basavanagudi, trying to help the community manage their funds without too much fuss. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the crowds, but we like it here.
