We’re situated at No. 2/2 on the 18th Cross in Malleshwaram. Our office is F 2. Malleshwaram is a great part of Bangalore to work in because it has that old-school feel. The streets are lined with trees, though the traffic on 18th Cross can get a bit tight during the day. We’ve been doing construction work from this spot for some time now. We aren't a big, flashy company. It’s just a few of us who know how to build things properly. We don't spend money on expensive ads or fancy office furniture. Most of what we have is functional. We have our drafting tables and our computers. We spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone and checking in on our workers at different sites. It’s a lot of coordination. We like the local vibe here. You can get good coffee just around the corner, and everyone knows each other. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. Construction is hard work and we just take it one day at a time. That’s how we’ve always done it at SRI SRINIVAS ARYA CONSTRUCTIONS. We don't have a big team of sales people. We just talk to our clients directly. It's better that way because nothing gets lost in translation. The office is small but we make it work for us every single day.
