SRI SHASHWATHI BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Jayanagar 5th Block. Our office is at No. 47/82 on the 6th Main. Jayanagar is one of those older, nicer parts of Bengaluru where there are still a lot of trees and quiet lanes, though it’s getting busier now. We do building and development work, mostly around this side of the city. We aren't a massive firm with a high-rise office. We operate out of a regular building on the main road. The day usually starts with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on the various sites we have going. Developing property in an old area like this has its challenges, like narrow access or old plumbing lines, but we know the neighborhood well. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. Our team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It feels more like a family than a big corporation. We take care of the paperwork, the site plans, and the labor management from this office. People often just drop in to ask about a project or to show us some materials. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve been around for a while and we plan to stay here, just doing what we know best.
