Our spot is at Comfort Heights, H.No-G-03. It's right on the main road in LB Shastrinagar, near the HAL area. If you live around here, you know how busy it gets. Sri Satyaganapathi Constructions is basically a group of us who have been in the trade for years. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We work out of this ground floor unit. Most days are spent talking to contractors or making sure the sand delivery actually arrived. We do a lot of residential work. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood. We don't use those fancy buzzwords you hear in ads. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a holiday, and we just tell people how it is. We don't sugarcoat the problems. Building a house is a big deal and it’s messy. There’s always dust and noise. We try to keep the neighbors happy, but construction is what it is. Our office is easy to find if you're on the main road. We’ve got a few chairs and a table covered in site drawings. We’re usually there early in the morning before we head out to the sites. It’s a living, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the local suppliers and how things work in this part of Bangalore.
