You can find us on the 2nd Floor of Suraj Brigade, which is at No. 13/1 in G Block of Sahakar Nagar. This part of Bangalore North has grown a lot lately. Sri Sai Kanthi Properties LLP is our small firm where we handle real estate deals. We have a few rooms here where we keep our maps and property files. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, but it’s a good location for us. Sahakar Nagar is a nice area, and we like being based here. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who want to buy or sell something. Our team is small, just a handful of staff who have been with us for years. We don't have a big corporate culture. It's more like a family business where everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes we are out on the field all day looking at plots. Other days we are stuck inside doing the legal paperwork. It is a mix. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just tell people what we know about the market. If we don't know something, we say so. Most of our days are just routine work, checking documents and meeting clients. We’ve been at this for a while and plan to stay here in Sahakar Nagar for the foreseeable future. It is a good spot to do business and stay connected to the local community.
