Our office for Sri Manjunatheshwara Projects Privatelimited is located at No. 63, right on 5th Cross in JC Nagar. We are part of the Sathyanarayana Layout in Kurubarahalli, which sits within the Mahalakshmipuram area. It’s a very local neighborhood, and you can see kids playing in the street or neighbors chatting over their gates most afternoons. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with folders and site maps. We deal with various projects around the city, so there’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions, so what you see is what you get. We focus on the practical side of project work, making sure things actually get built. Lunchtime usually involves someone bringing in food from home, and we all sit around talking about the latest news or the weather. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. Mahalakshmipuram is a nice place to be based because it feels like a real community. We don't try to act like a big multinational; we’re just a local business trying to do honest work in our own neighborhood. The 5th Cross is our home base, and we like it that way. It's nothing special, just where we work.
