Sri Manjunatha Swamy Constructionsprivate Limited is located at No.138 in the Laggere area. Our office is in a building called Aasare, on the 1st Main of Kempegowda Layout. This is a very busy residential neighborhood, and there is always something happening on the streets outside. We have a small, functional office where we handle all our building projects. It is not a very big place, but we have enough room for our desks and all the files we need to keep. We spend a lot of our time out at different construction sites, so the office is often a bit quiet during the day. When we are here, we are usually busy on the phone or trying to figure out the schedules for the next week. Building houses and other structures in a crowded layout like this can be tricky because the roads are narrow and getting materials delivered is often a challenge. We just deal with those problems as they come up. We are a small team and we don't really do any fancy advertising. Most of our clients are people from the local area who have seen the work we do on other houses nearby. We aren't trying to be a huge company; we just want to do a decent job and keep our workers busy. It is a lot of effort every day, but we are used to the grind and we just keep going.
