Our office is over in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, up on the third floor of building 269 in Ideal Homes Phase 1. If you know Subhash Chandra Park Road, you’ve probably passed by our building. It’s a good area, quiet enough to get work done but close to everything. SRI JNANAKSHI PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. We handle a variety of project work from this 9th Main spot. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a functional space with some desks and plenty of files. We have a small team here. Usually, someone is on the phone while someone else is looking over plans. It’s honest work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we’d rather just talk to people and figure out what needs to happen next. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when things get stressful. We’ve been here for a bit now and the locals know us. Sometimes we grab tea nearby and talk about the day’s tasks. Construction and project management can be a bit of a headache with all the moving parts, but we try to keep things organized. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished ads. We just want to finish the jobs we start and do a decent job of it. It’s just us, working hard in RR Nagar, trying to make things work one day at a time.
