We run Sri Hrishikesha Restaurants over in the Bellandur area. You can find us at Ganapa Tower, right there on the Outer Ring Road. Specifically, we occupy units 79/3/5 and 79/3/6, plus K No 743 and 744. It’s a busy spot because of all the traffic on the ring road, but that keeps us on our toes. Running a restaurant business in Bangalore isn't always easy, but we enjoy the challenge. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and our nights cleaning up after the rush. It's a lot of manual labor, from scrubbing floors to checking the vegetable deliveries. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated business plans. We just want to serve food that people actually want to eat. The staff here is like a small family, and we all pitch in wherever needed. Some days the commute for our workers is a nightmare because of the Bellandur traffic, but we still show up. Our place in Ganapa Tower isn't meant to be some high-end corporate office; it's a working restaurant space. We deal with suppliers, manage the cooks, and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but that’s the nature of the food industry. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned a lot along the way. We just keep doing our thing every day and hope the locals keep coming back to visit us.
