Over at Vijayanagar 3rd Stage, you’ll find our little operation, Sri Harihara Sweets And Snacks. We are located at 598 A in the 1st Block. It's a pretty lively area, and we fit right in with all the other shops. We focus on making the kind of snacks and sweets that people around here enjoy having with their tea or at home. We aren't trying to be some massive factory; we just like making food that tastes right. The kitchen gets hot and it's often noisy, but that's how a real snack place should be. We use the recipes we know and try not to overcomplicate things. Every day we're busy frying, packing, and sorting out orders for the neighborhood. It’s not always perfectly organized, but the food is fresh and that’s what matters most to us. We’ve been part of the Vijayanagar community for a while now. People stop by, and we get to know their faces. It’s a nice way to work. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who know how to handle the dough and the sugar. Sometimes we run out of things faster than expected, which is a good problem to have I guess. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves going at our 1 Block location. It’s simple work, but it’s our life and we enjoy the process of making people happy with food.
