SRI DESNA CHIRAG PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are at No.107 in the III Stage of Vinayaka Layout. This is part of HBCH Vijayanagar. Sri Desna Chirag Properties is run by a small team of locals. We have been in this neighborhood for a good amount of time. The office is right there in the layout, so it is easy for neighbors to find us. We mostly deal with land and residential spots around this area. Our desks are usually piled with documents and site plans. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We start work fairly early in the morning before the sun gets too strong. Walking around the layout to check on things is a big part of what we do. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People just know we are here. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is nice. We talk to people about what they are looking for and see if we can find it. It is a slow and steady process. We aren't in a rush to grow into some huge company. We like being in Vijayanagar and knowing the people around here. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. We just handle the property work one day at a time. It keeps us busy enough and we enjoy being part of the local scene. There's always someone stopping by to ask about a plot or just to say hello.
