57, Iti Layout. B Narayanapura. Mahadevapura. Sri Channakeshava Constructions is located in a busy part of Bangalore. With all the IT companies around, things have changed a lot, but we stay in our little corner of ITI layout. We’ve been building here for a long time, way before all the big glass buildings came up. We do regular construction work. Houses, sheds, small shops. We have our own equipment, mostly older stuff that still works fine. The office is just a room with some benches and a lot of site photos on the walls. We don't use fancy words like "innovative" or "sustainable." We just use good materials and make sure everything is level. It gets very busy around here with the traffic from Mahadevapura, so we try to get our materials delivered very early in the morning. My crew is a bunch of hard-working guys who don't talk much, they just get to it. We've had some tough times when the economy was down, but we kept going. People know us as the Channakeshava guys. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. If someone needs a building, they find us through someone else we worked for. It’s a simple way to run things, but it’s worked for us for years and we don't plan on changing it. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing.
