Srgb Builders & Developers Private Limited is located on the ground floor of the Unique Signature Apartment, specifically in the F Block. We are over in Shabarinagar, which is part of Bangalore. Being on the ground floor means we see people coming and going all day long. It’s a handy spot because we are right there where the residential life is happening. We focus on building and developing properties, mostly around this side of the city. We have a small crew and we spend a lot of our time visiting different construction sites to make sure everything is moving along as it should. There is always some problem to solve, like a late delivery or a mistake in a wall, but that is just how it goes in this business. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just handle the permits, the workers, and the materials ourselves. Our desks are usually covered in site photos and bills from the hardware store. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication between us and the people working on the buildings. We like being in Shabarinagar because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to build decent places where people can live without any trouble. It keeps us busy and out of trouble ourselves.
